The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange is the administrative department of Guiyang University officially responsible for coordinating its international exchanges and cooperation.

The department is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of international students; coordinating the recruitment and management of foreign professionals in China, including the necessary approvals, foreign affairs, and lifestyle arrangements; evaluating and sanctioning foreign-related events; processing faculty and student applications for overseas exchange programs, as well as facilitating documentation and visa requirements for official university business travel; and handling other foreign cooperation and exchange affairs as designated by the institution.
